Aussie Livings is an independent listings directory for medium-term accommodation in Australia. We publish listings submitted by hosts and forward your enquiries to them. We do not own, manage, inspect or operate any of the properties listed, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a host.

We never process payments, hold deposits or collect rent — there is no checkout on this site. Contacting a host is free and creates no booking or reservation. Any payment or rental agreement happens directly between you and the host, on terms you agree between yourselves.

Listing details (price, availability, photos, amenities) are provided by hosts. We review listings before publishing and remove ones that break our rules, but we cannot guarantee that a listing is accurate, still available, or exactly as described. Availability is always subject to confirmation with the host. Always verify the property and the host yourself — ideally in person or on a live video call — before paying anything.

"Verified" means our team has done basic checks on the listing and host contact. It is a signal of good faith, not a guarantee or an endorsement, and it does not replace your own checks.

We only ever publish suburb-level location — never an exact street address. Hosts share the precise address with you directly once you're in contact.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for keeping them current. New listings are reviewed before going live and may be edited, rejected or removed. Some listings are clearly-badged demo content used to preview the platform — they are not real properties. We may remove any listing or refuse any submission, especially where safety is a concern.

If a listing looks suspicious or a host behaves badly, please report it via the safety page. We read every report and act on them promptly.

We provide the directory "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Livings is not liable for losses arising from agreements between guests and hosts, from listing inaccuracies, or from your use of the site. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or migration advice.
